$235 EACH axle at KW dealer.

    $270 for 2 axles

Or $120 for one axle. I'm going to order 2 of the $120s and save $30 I'll have both axles for slightly more than one axle cost from KW.

My trailer runs 19.5'' tires and those that have experience with these smaller tires knows that the small ones like to give a driver problems just because they can. I know drivers that swear by the Cat's Eye and would NEVER be with out them. For this price I'm going to try em out.

Oh and BTW if you look closely you'll find his website from the Ebay links. More selections there.

only bad i have heard about them was from the tire guy in missoula....

seems sometimes the eye isnt set at the right psi and will show over/under inflation

that and when one tire goes flat the other will try to too

We have them on our trailers, and they are great. Its so easy to detect underinflation.

Hey Brick, have you ever looked at the self-inflation systems? If you like the Cat's eye monitoring system, you would love the self inflaters. We set them at 110 psi inflation level and if tires drop below 105 they get inflated back to 110. There is a light that can either be mounted inside the cab or on the front corner of the trailer that will show you when the system goes into inflate mode(thus showing you you have a tire leaking). This system eliminates the need to manually check pressure and gives you piece of mind. I don't know what it would cost to retro-fit a truck with one of these systems as I spec them as optional equipment on all of my new trucks.

Some how or another unless your line gets cut that doesn't happen. The internal workings will stop the cross inflation at like 10% loss.

I definately would order that on a new trailer! But I think unless you were changing axles any way it would be cost prohibitive to do it just because.

The set for 120 has blk rubber hoses, the dual set for 270 is with S.S. Braided hoses, the dual set with rubber hoses is 230..... 10 buxis 10 bux...LOL

Looks like a great item to have, would definately look at getting it when I get my lease....

been away for 10 years so they are making me go back through with a trainer before I can lease... not complaigning as I could use a refresher and get brought up to speed on the log book changes....

Hey Brickman, I take it you are running a step. I have had good luck with cats eye systems in the past. One good thing about them is you can inflate tires with a standard chuck. The inside tires on a step can be a PIA unless you have the dual chuck with the straight end like a Milton 693
