i think it is but i belive that i can get it expunged according to google and this being my only offence .
so as a felon a insurance company wont want to insure me?
Im not concerned getting hired by a company. im more concerned in being able to get insured for no more than 60k a year.
this is ny first time on this site but who the hell would waste time writing all this crap for nothing. Im not a troll.

60k insurance will be pushing 25% of gross. Maybe more if you depend on load boards. You will be bankrupt before you start, even if you buy a duct tape truck

Right. Okay. You're not a troll...according to you. Hey, it's your story and you can tell it any way you want. Within site rules, that is.

Of course it would. You could skip the whole authority thing and just lease on to a company. There are some fine places in Chicago that would lease you on being new.

No, I'm basing my belief that you're a troll on the fact that you didn't know if you'd been charged with a misdemeanor or a felony. Everybody I know that was charged with a crime knew without doubt which one he was charged with.
I know you're trying to convince us that you're looking for help when all you're really doing is seeking peer group approval and . Wrong forum for that.
Your act is getting thin and I think your time here is getting short.
    Thanks for the entertainment though.

Leasing on to company means that i wouldnt need my own insurance? I just find it hard that someone will lease me on with my infractions on my record. Ill look into this. I would want to do this in getting my authority becuase i have lots of people crossing the border from venezuela and i woyld love to get some of my people work. they make money and so do i. thats why i would want to get my authority. thank you
