Or really % or whatever revenue they decide it seems -
I accused them of withholding important details about the load and not having it in writing, that's when both broker and customer said mope everything was in writing and immediately printed rate con sent to my carrier. -
It’s theft and a contract violation. A criminal act can also be a civil matter. How do you get paid. Direct deposit?

In meantime I am booking all my loads directly with brokers, not accepting anything the carrier is offering me. -
By the way I now do think I've also been getting screwed on over dimensional load permits as well (as in priced photoshopped).
On load this week I nearly booked broker told me permits cost "this".
I then asked my carrier and they quoted me more than double what the broker said for permits.
So I called back the broker and let them know their info is not accurate according my carrier on permit costs.
Broker told me multiple drivers had run this lane with same load and they can provide me the specific details and accurate price because they got their information from other drivers that ran it already and that information can be passed along to me.
Really been getting played here.Speed_Drums, dwells40, Badmon and 1 other person Thank this. -
we should be putting a hard stop to this
