Schneider doesn't have driver facing cams.

We don't either, but we have been alerted of cell phone usage by the reflection off the windshield of someone texting at night.

No, I'm not wrong, I currently drive for them. Also, from their own website:

Do semi-trucks have cameras at Schneider? Yes. Here's why.

Do semi-trucks have cameras at Schneider?

Yes, many Schneider trucks use cameras, but none of them are driver-facing cameras and none of them record in-cab audio.

I was at Schneider before but now it's a local fuel hauling company in California.

I stand corrected. I know they sure were in there not long ago. Wonder why they took them out being so safety minded?

I wonder if the cam would see if you have some company pull up in front your truck while stopped somewhere..

Is that misleading, or am I missing something?
The camera is behind the windshield and in the cab, so the audio pickup is in the camera.
It has been a while since I had one of those videos to watch, but I do remember hearing engine sounds and music playing..

And at night there is the reflection from the windshield that does show some of what is going on inside.
