Hello,
I’m getting these fault codes:
-fuel pump delivery pressure
-after treatment particulate filter differential pressure
-particulate trap active regen inhibitor due to inhibit switch
-after treatment dosed
-after treatment exhaust gas temp 3
Basically my engine has what’s called “wet stacking” and unburnt fuel is getting in my oil and exhaust, which is why my engine/water temp is overheating and why my oil pressure is low ?
Anybody could confirm/deny or add to this ? What would be the correct steps to take care of this issue ?
Cause of these fault codes ?

Do you idle a lot? The only thing I typically see wet stacking occur on is diesel gensets. Typically happens when engine load is less than 10% for extended periods of time.
Can you provide truck and engine info? Also fault code numbers if possible. It would greatly assist everyone in helping you. -

Dear Gregg,
Is it possible we could speak offline before I post a reply? I have the solution to your issue, with data and several videos to support. Would like to get your thoughts before I post anything. Thank you.
