This brings up an important question - how many of you have planned on or have replaced the vibration damper on the engine?

I did not change. While Rawze's guidance says it should be performed at 500.000 miles (if I remember it correctly).

Check you alignment have it done at a good alignment shop sounds like maybe your drives are not right that can cause a vibration did on my w9 don't take much outa whack too cause it. Would get certain cross winds and truck shaking would go away or not be so bad. Make sure your kingpins are good eaton steer axles in that era where horrible. Kw likes using a funky 5 inch drop beam axle that plain sucked. Have centramatics on tractor and trailer and think now that only place they are good is steers and use the alignment centering bolts on steer.
