well I have 7 shower credits mine is ok

 

Loves showers bring the suck and that's after I have to wait in line. It's normally T/A and Petro's for me.

 

I'm not pointing the finger at any one person but with the BS that pilot pulled with the fuel rebate scam, you would think that you would check and double check every transaction you do with them from buying fuel to using your points.

AND for those not getting a receipt, here is a little story about the guy who didn't and the idiot fuel desk girl thought he drove off without paying. He was caught at the Kentucky-Indiana border and arrested, his truck towed. It took his company a two days to get comdata to get a verification that he actually paid and he was set free - after $1100 in towing and storage fees.

 

Hey, the poor guy is only making .25 a mile, maybe you guys should donate ALL your points to him, kind of like "paying it forward".

Me, I'm at home and my wife didn't give me any points, but I'm going across the hall and take a shower, points or no points.

Thanks for the info OP I'll be printing my fuel receipts from now on.

 

I can't imagine they would care to fix it. Drivers come inside for a receipt they might spend some money.

 

I did the rest of the Christmas clean-up today since I am stuck home with the truck in the shop. I'm thinking the wife is going to award a few points when she gets home from work. At least enough for a shower!

To the OP - I've had this happen at TA/Petro and Loves too. It's not just Pilot.
