Yes, the main thing when running an amp is you MUST have a very low swr and have the deadkey properly set on the radio. You get your deadkey set to 2 watts and your swinging 40 you could run a little 2 pill with 2sc2879 transistors or you could run a 2x4 ( 2 pills driving 4 pills ) if you wanted even more power. Those are just a couple suggestions. Look up lipzipper amps.
