CB Operators instructions

    I just started driving for a living. I was assigned a Tractor with a Cobra 29 NW LTD classic CB in it. All I know about CB operation is what we used in the 70's .... plane Jane units. Can anyone please tell me how to adjust this unit for the best operation? I don't even know what all the knobs and switches are for. Are there any operators manuals online? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

    i had that radio... its pretty nice, i guess youve figured it out by now but if not or have questions just say it here, and i can tell you where i set my knobs... which are the normal..... also asking for a sound check will help you out, you can play with the knobs till they tell you you sound great! [just incase set dynamike at noon]
