Any radio is good with a Wilson 5k as long as the antenna is tuned to the radio.
If you want more power get 10 meter radio or an amp. The antenna can definitely handle anything you connect to it.

The Wilson 5000 is overkill in most cases, unless you're running some serious output power from a linear a Wilson 500 is a lot more antenna than most guys ever need. A Wilson 1000 is a better bet. The Wilson 5000 will not under any circumstance make you get out further or hear any better than a Wilson 1000 and I know most guys are running a 4 pill at best on a good day and the Wilson 1000 is still plenty of antenna for that as well. As far as selecting a good radio to go with the antenna, it doesn't matter at all, it mostly depends on a hard decision of the buyer, are yo really going to use all the extra channels, or do you just want to have to them to say you have them? I know 98% of the guys I hear on the radio hollaring about how they have a Stryker or a Magnum or something like that, but, when they come in the door for repairs or mods, it's usually a Cobra 29 with some basic power mods.
