Glad you expanded your comment with more detail from the first thread you started.
Now, how about some actual facts? or are you just gonna let everyone assume you are as low information as this thread is at the moment?
-
Well, you need to call the U S Marshall's office and have him arrested for running a Lemonade stand without a license.
Really now, a little more info is needed as to how they are "stealing" money from driver's.
Is it at gunpoint when you come to the terminal, or do they sneak into the truck at nite while your sleeping? -
to be honest comcar never have paid worth a #### its a beginners trucking firm i work there in the 80s for 6 years when i first started driving now moved on to better pay after 17 years driving

i didn't even know CCC was around anymore...
...on a side note looks like we may have another 1 post hit and run wonder on our hands..... -
Oh, yes. Still based in Auburndale, FL, about an hour and a half from the house. And no way in Hades would I ever drive for them, no matter how desperate I was.
-
They are geared for the semi-retired crowd !!!!!
-
No, that's a TWO post hit and run wonder......

While I can't judge him on well he runs his daughter's lemonade stand I can agree that CCC steals their drivers personal time.
Instead of preloading AB trailers, like we do with Dry bulk. We have to drive there(and wait 30 min or more each time) twice a day!
Then after all that you count passing cars all day @ 57 mph.
IF you want to stop the rollovers
tell the drivers the lightweights will tip over easier than the regular weight trailers. Tell the drivers the cardboard is not loaded reliably.
Tell the driver to keep an eye on the speedometer in rollover prone areas. And don't have chuck tell them go "10 mph" under the posted off-ramp speed limit! That one sends every one to sleep quickly!
Tell the drivers to go into the off ramps the same speed empty & LOADED. Just like showing off a gun The second you get on the phone, or get lost in you own thought, your habits then takeover!
And remind the drivers you cannot follow the Owner op hauling
marshmallows! We haul alot of stuff that is rollover prone!
And have these reminder every month! or else drop the speed down agian
I know we are an LLC, but come on!
67mph for sleepers & 65 for daycabs! -
I just wrote my Christmas wishlist!
