You're not losing your truck with those 10 days off, are you?

No I keep the truck. The tractor and trailer are at a friend's farm 2 miles away when I am on home time.

good to hear. I've seen stories here from drivers who took more than a day or two off at home (perhaps parking their truck at a company terminal) but when they got back, their stuff had been cleared out of the cab and the truck assigned to a different driver, forcing the driver coming off of extended home time to get another truck, clean it up, etc., etc., etc....

Perpetual great job, if you don't mind me asking how much are you on track to make this year or is that to hard to figure with all the ups and downs and other variables associated with the job. Thanks

Amortizing my year-to-date earnings, I will gross approximately $40K for a one-year period.
