CDL Permit and not getting any phone calls

C.R. England, they are the laughing stock of the trucking industry anyway, probably more so than Swift. People say, "say no to Swift", but to C.R. England people say, "SAY NO AT ALL COSTS".

You haven't in this thread. You just said that you were in training and haven't driven a truck.
Having sex in a truck does not mean you drive trucks, or even that you are out of training.

If the charge is false you should be getting legal help.

If it is true, well, your driving days may not ever begin.

I seriously doubt this is true. When you're in CRE school, you don't get access to their trucks whenever you want. You attend class/training all day, you're always with the class members, trainers and they don't let you stay after class alone or in group to mess with their trucks.
