If a driver attends even one day of orientation that is put on DAC. Any future company that pulls the DAC will see this. So if you are sent home from orientation you might be asked why at a future interview.

First of all, be GLAD they tossed you out, best thing that could ever happen to you. Second, if they told other companies basically ANYTHING they'd be lying since they canned you on an assumption they have no proof of. Stopping you from getting another job open them up to a lawsuit which your probably win.
