I currently hold a MD Class B CDL with airbrake and Tank endorsements. If take the permit test in SpringMO will I only have to take the combination written exam?

I'm in the same boat as you; class B with everything except hazmat (had it before; doesn't transfer) and doubles/triples. You should only have to take the combination test (and road test); you should be given credit for everything else.

Not sure if this is still relevant, but because you have an out of state license that is not class A, I would plan on retaking all tests (air brake, combination, gen. knowledge) in Missouri.
silenteagle and 123456 Thank this. -
That is true. You will have to go through all of the training again for combination. It is a different beast altogether. We will help you get through it as quickly as possible though. You can learn a lot from our instructors.
Good luck!
