CDL school better choice than company?

Read the thread starting life from the bottom. I typed a lot of info their if you're unemployed on state grants. Don't sign a contract for a year of slavery.

 

Doesn't TMC pay you while you're in CDL training?

Schneider National has an accelerated CDL Training program here in Colorado Springs! When you train at our approved partner, we will PAY YOU BY THE HOUR during your CDL Training!

May be doing it in more areas. Has anyone else seen anything like this in there areas... I am meeting with a recruiter Tues..

 

The amount of misinformation on this subject just blows my mind.

 

I’m in NC. The program for poor and unemployed is called WIOA. It was out of money for the class I was taking so I would have had to wait another 6 months or so. So I just said screw it and paid.
