    I have a DUI ticket from 2004, CR England had told me that i cant enroll unless its paid for and cleared. If I do the jail time will that bar me from the school for a certain amount of years? I just want to hurry up and clear so I'm able to start my career. I appreciate all help thank you.

    2004 and now 2013 and you want to hurry up now? Not sure but doesn't Cali offer options for removing driving violations with some sort of remedial driving school or classes?

    Can you afford a private CDL school or community college CDL school? Go that route & there are a few companies that will hire you.
