Hello almost 2 years ago i passed the first 2 tests and got my permit. It expires on november of 2016. Do i have to take those 2 tests again? Or are they still valid?

In texas. I took the combination vehicles test section 6 on the book and the rules and regulations wich is section 14

You do not have to retake those two if you get your driving test over before your permit expires.
