CDL Training

Yes, this is another one of those threads... but I didn't find many answers, the only thing I have heard are horror stories. So, I need some advice to help me decide where I should go for training and which company(ies) treat new grads the best. These forums mostly suggest to get your license from a community college, but I don't have the time or the money right now for that. (for the seasoned drivers) If you were start all over how would you get your CDL and OTR training? Thanks in advance to your replies.
