Question for Prime trainers. I attended a CDL school, took their test for CDL and did not past road test. Am not at all happy with the school for many reason I will not go into here.
I do have two more chances at the test, however, I'd like a bit more behind the wheel time but would have to pay the school more $$$$$$. After paying them 4 grand, I am reluctant to give them any more. I have learned of another option, another 3rd party tester who almost guarantees that I will pass. 2 of my instructors have told me I am a safe driver that needs to drive and polish my skills while employed. They too are upset with the school. My issue is that a while back I asked my Prime recruiter if there were any options a available to me with Prime to test there without attending their school. He advised that if I did not earn my CDL from the school it would be considered as a failure and that Prime would not then hire me.
I am very interested in signing on with Prime, any advise would be appreciated.

Pass your test at your current school. Otherwise its a waste of $4k.

If you don't, the only way you will possibly work for Prime is to start from scratch at their school. You want to be on the hook for a full year of employment, or another $3500 for Prime's school if you quit under 6 months, $1750 if you quit under a year.

    Mikey60919 Thanks this.
