I just recently got my CDL but I am on a 5 year deferred for possession of meth. I'm not quite at 3 years. Can anyone recommend some jobs

LOL, this might not have been the wisest time to invest your resources into CDL courses. Are you allowed to leave your state?

    Where is your location?
Temp. services that provide truck drivers to companies can probably use you.

Take the time. Waite the two more years and do it COMPLETELY clean.
Lots of companies won't hire you, with a deferred judgement hanging over your, and then their heads.

Wrong. Apply now. I was on Parole when I started. I would hire you myself but there are three people in line before you and I don't have enough trucks right now. The Meth thing would get you drug tested at least once a week by me but that should not be a problem. No reason to wait if you can find someone willing to take a risk on you. Do not point out your meth conviction but do not lie if they ask.

Have you submitted applications to companies?
@aprilmul try TransAm. Do the online application before any phone call. This company gives drivers a second chance.

What may get you is the 2 years you can still be sentenced for it. It would be easier if you didn't have that hanging over your head.
