    hello just wondering can you go from ohio take cdl training in texas get cdl and transfer them back to ohio any help would be great.

    i assume so. i live (and lived) in new york and got my cdl in indiana. switched it to ny upon return home.

    I know that when I very first attended a truck school the guys from out of state got their CDL here in my state but was told they had to transfer it over when they went home.
