I doubt anyone will see this buried in this thread, but I just want to point out:
If Celedon drivers could refrain from abandoning their trucks in truckstop parking lots? Some of us still need a place to park after 14 hours.
I guess I'm not really kidding about finding a nearby police impound yard. Probably safer there than anywhere else, easier for the creditors to find.
There's one on the south side of Chicago near Cominski Park.
Celadon closing up shop!

To be fair, according to this Celadon (former) Drivers Facebook page I surf there were Celadon office staff directing drivers to leave their truck at a truck stop, send a location macro in, photograph the truck and leave the keys hidden in a designated spot. Myself personally my conscience would not allow me to abandon a truck like that, if I was that dissatisfied with the company to have such little regard for the equipment I’m operating I would’ve left a long time ago. But most of these guys don’t know any better I guessbzinger and truckdriver31 Thank this.

Lonesome,
You sound like a man of experience. How many times have you been "screwed over" by companies? -

Does this bankruptcy effect quality leasing?
truckdriver31 Thanks this. -

dam thanks alot...so is this bad or good for us with quality truckstruckdriver31 Thanks this.

Don't know, but if I were you I'd get a hold of Quality Leasing today.
My uneducated guess is you just lost the truck, and all the money you've paid into it to date. Unless they have something set up so you can refinance your truck through someone else, that is. Which is why you need to be on the phone as soon as their office opens.Lonesome, bzinger, 18 wheels of fury and 1 other person Thank this.
