Had any teams gone over from EAGLE to certain expediting? If you have will you please share information on how it I is going? My husband and I are team driversand thinking about doing that. Does anyone have an updated broker list? I have seen 3 so far. If so could you please share it. Thank you

At Cel-a-con if you have 3+ years experience you'll earn a whopping .34 a mile!

Wow. It is hard to believe they get any experienced drivers. I think I made $.34/mile in 1995. , I had 3 years of experience then. And this is why I say there is no driver shortage. Many companies are paying less now when you consider inflation.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

A lower paying job is better than no job at all. At least the person who is working at a lower paying job is contributing to society and being a dutiful tax paying citizen.
There are only so many higher paying jobs to go around. Quite often there is little to no turnover rate in these higher paying jobs.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Seriously...who would want to go OTR? Running local one can make about the same and be home. Actually with all the costs involved....local or dedicated is the most cost effective things a driver can do today.

It's called being a slave but if you like it, knock yourself out. There are plenty of higher paying jobs and what you are saying is another myth put out by some companies. The other big lie they put out is....There is no driver shortage.
Come to think of it you posted this same thing in another thread. Are you sure you are not some big company shill?

With experience there is no reason you'd have to resort to a low paying job.

    exactly...

    There is no driver shortage.
If there was a driver shortage these slave wages wouldn't even exist.

Really...Now how does that work? As long as drivers believe that crock the big companies feed some of you...the longer until they do go up. Maybe I should say this....a shortage of experienced drivers with clean CSA scores. I am sure I do not need to remind you of that. The CSA works in our favors if you allow it.
