CELADON Trucking Services/CELADON the Trucker's career ender's

If they did that in the states, companies like Celadon might be the ones being bought out by companies like FFE or YRC! They'd have to pay out way too much money in fines!

 

I worked for Celadon, I found them to be a reliable and fair place of employment. 10 companies, 15 yrs. Lot of job hopping. I'm just sayin

 

I worked for celadon. Or as the drivers there put it. Sorry con! The only way these people are fair. Is if you are able to go to Canada. Or you are Mexican. Or you are a team. To help fill in the gaps. Really what celadon is looking for. Is a Mexican teams that can run all 3 countries. And not need to make more then a $100 a week for running 10,000 miles.

 

I know a few people there, solos and not Hispanic that seem really happy..... Work is as life, its what you make it. 10 companies in 15 years? That speaks for itself. That would probably make even SWIFT say "Sheet, What In Frucks That?

 

Aren't you that marten driver who flipped his truck on the side of the highway on i-15 near the high desert in CA? The downed Marten truck was all over the news and the highway patrol blamed the driver for being wreckless and dangerous. Driver gave an excuse, and blamed it on high winds. But he being a marten driver....well.....you know...

 

Nope. Thankfully! I I have never wrecked one of these trucks. I don't let people push around. Nor do I let them push me into doing anything that I don't want to do. Or that might get me or any one else hurt. But it doesn't surprise me a bit that marten has bad drivers. That I can't really say. I don't talk to any of them. And I stay away from and do not hang out at the terminals. As for celadon. What do you think. I work there. If you ask me. They don't care nothing about public safety. They really don't care about drivers safety. The only thing they care about is there next check. Celadon lies about everything. And then dubs it drivers problem. Or drivers fault. Rarely will you ever here anyone admit to there mistakes. And they don't care ever listen to the driver. Or address any problems.

 

I quit Interstate dist. and they put terminated on file and I took a few months off and collected unenjoyment for the first time in my life. If they would of not been so insolent they could of avoided the 4k payout and just told the truth.

USX terminated me for pattern of confrontation with management after almost seven years as a driver for them.

Neither one of the outfits kept me from driving. If they put something on file that is untrue and is keeping you from working call the EEOC. Those leftists love to take on the man.

 

So you got caned by Usx for standing up for your self. Nice! I remember yrs back. I met a guy that worked for usx and they weren't paying him. And then they con him into signing an agreement to take payments on his pay when he quit. And then they didn't hold to the payment agreement. After I was told that by the guy. Us xpress when on my permant do not apply to or work for list. It sounds made up. And that's what I thought to. Then the guy showed me the paper work for the pay agreement. On it. It said nothing about how much the payments were suppost to be for. They seen him come'n.

 

i once worked for celedon.. got to love the rooms they put u in for orientation . kinda like the cells u see on those prison movies.. i would have to agree with u about them.. just remember tho its not always better just different other places.. take care...
