I find this company to have one veryyyyy importantant fact out of their orientation, and no wonder. ITs this: all celadon trucks are keyed the same, meaning any cel driver, can get into any other celadon truck. This amazes me as they seem to be worried about theft. What is their management thinking, oh wait, it should say they dont care if your hard earned things, or food, or water, or clothing, bedding, etc get stolen out of your truck. Or how about this scenario, another driver opens up ya cab, and lets someone else steal ya truck. Dont work for this company if you value anything you own. One other point, I guess they just hire upstanding citizens and seem to think everyone working for them wont steal or even attack another driver since they have access to his/her truck. Being a woman, this company is a definite nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. They dont even care about your safety.

PAM transport for one, and many that run Freightliners - even if some are different, might have as few as a dozen or so for the entire fleet.

Why? just because the same lock saves money, and I don't agree with it.

The ladies at PAM and others would use the seat belts thru the door handles at night, but not much help for shower time and such.

My husband just returned his truck to the indy terminal today. He started at celadon about 6 weeks ago as owner operator with their lease purchase program, This was a bad idea he did not come home at all after orientation until he returned his truck and made no money after they took out fuel and all the other fees ins truck payment maintence fees. They say as oo you will make about a hundred less than a company driver this is definetly not true. First check was 62.00 it just kept getting worse last check was only 9.00. Stay away from this company

These drivers need to stay away from these fleece scams!!...yes they're scams!!.these co's have figured out a way to make someone else pay for their operating expenses...it's better to save up a few thousand $$$ and go but a late model used truck...

These co's have decided that it's just too expensive to operate a trucking co anymore so...hey let's tell there's drivers they can be their own boss an buy a truck!...that's such bull! If these co's can't operate correctly to earn a profit...then answer this ??....

Why should you the driver bail them out by running it for them at your expense??
