Haven't heard much on it. If you have a blue tooth head set, I don't see the problem.

Mike ALWAYS uses his headset when driving. Works for me

They are telling us no phone while driving at all, bluetooth or otherwise. I always used my bluetooth because I cant stand holding the phone up there, my arm always gets tired of holding it and eventually i would prop myself up which makes me less aware of my surroundings. I loved using my bluetooth.

I dont make a habit of usin the phone while driving--but if i have to i will use a headset of some sort.

J.B. Hunt enforce there policy to all drivers....Do not use your cell phone while driving in the company terminals or drop yards.........and if they catch you that is a write-up......They are big on safety.....

Eastern Freightways posted a memo in regard to NYC and Nj laws requiring hands free devices. I do not recall them prohibiting cell phone usage though.
Just smart to use a headset especially when they only cost about 20 to 30 bucks for a plantronics headset. I know some blue tooth wireless headsets can get pretty expensive but thats up to the buyer wether they want to spend the extra money. -
keep in mind that some states require you to use some kind of hands free device when driving. I believe California now has that law.

Ca law goes into effect on 7/1/2008
