I have a turn signal problem. One signal works the other side doesn't. Both sids have voltage within .25 volts point to ground at the plug and reading nominal resistance on the ground side. I know the light works when I swap sides with it. It's driving me nuts. I should add not a flasher problem because front and back turn signals work, this is the center signal
