PAY: is inadequate to the hours a driver spends working or prepared to work at a shipper or receiver waiting to be loaded or unloaded for multiple hours
And tarpping is among the lowest in the industry
The principles the company uses to get paid do not transfer to the driver (piece work)
The performance based pay is a farce. They will tell you "oh you can make 10 extra cents" but the reality is 10 cents puts you at what the going rate is already for every driver at any different company so the "performance base pay" is based on the company's performance not yours I.e do they get you the miles? Do they give equipment good enough to do the job properly, quickly and efficiently (MPG)? They will say their drivers on average make $1,000 per week. Truth! More like $400-600 per week if you keep that left door closed. And this little gem "our drivers make on average 65k or higher per year"( I have yet to meet one of theses guys ) more like $32-40k per year, again keep that left door closed. Not to mention the company is RAN( not owned )
By an egotistical father and son duo that cares only about dynasty and the future IPO
