Central Refrigerated Service/ Training Help

Well I'm new to this forum and I have a couple questions about this company.

I start training to get my CDL with Central Refrigerated Services tomorrow. I have read a lot of reviews on the company an even talked with my cousin about this company.

Still I'm hearing mixed signals some say its great some say its bad.

This is for a OTR company driver. I don't want to be a owner op, and I have been told its bad anyway.

So what is the training like? Are they ##*wholes who don't care. Or do they try to teach you?

I would like people to respond to this post if its a recent exp. with this company.

I live in GA and will complete my 1st week here in GA. Then I will go up to Utah for the next 2 weeks. And then I will start 5 weeks of OTR training.
