Central Refrigerated Truck Stop II

I'm on a multi stop load right now. Unfortunately they decided to only load product for the final stop. So, I'm in trucker limbo while somebody tries to find someone to blame or thank for this fiasco. Meanwhile back at the truck, I'm working on being late to my 90!! Even though I have a truck full of their stuff!!

 

Hey Frost, you need to read your new handbook. I think it's on pg. 4, but on-time delivery is not a priority anymore.

Once I find another company and they call me to confirm orientation, I'll just say, "Is orientation necessary? Can't you just send me the keys to the truck, a DVD, and a list of macros?" With my luck, my DM will end up at the same company and he doesn't even know about the DVD.

Funny Central story here...

At Safeway DC in Tracy, CA the other day waiting while I get unloaded. Open spot next to me, Central truck backs into the spot. At first I pay no mind to it. After a few minutes, I glance at the truck and see it's a Volvo. I'm like...lol..I used to drive a Central Volvo. Then I look closer...hey! I USED TO DRIVE THAT VOLVO! lol...what are the odds. Truck 25941, my Central Volvo, pulls up right next to me. I chat with the driver while I'm there, tell him my Central stories...show him my pics of the truck when I drove it. Good times...

When I was picking up my light weight international at crsro a guy came up to me and was like. Are you getting ol 928? I said. Yupp. Sure am. Then he told me how he was the first driver of the truck. Leased it brand new.

The he only thing I could think of was. You leased a light weight international? Lol
