Everybody hits that no longer just in love with the company point at different times. We hit it at about the point we went lease op. We have hit the point several times since where we were ready to tell the company where to shove their truck. I have run into a couple who has never really gotten to that point, but most drivers who have been with the company any longer than 6 months have run into issues. We still aren't doing all we would like, but we are happy with our dm. We got a msg while the truck was in the shop that was sent to the wrong truck telling us we were getting our first dm back, and I was ready to rent a car to empty the truck out and follow chris to fontana to turn the truck in. This job is stressful enough that I won't stay without a decent dm. When we had our first 7253 week, I was beat. We are still here, but believe me, this company can wear you down.

Well trying to get home has been a real hassle waiting in denver for a load home to slc called. Sent mac 6 nothing ...what was that about honeymoon being over ...I know quit complaining...its not the delay that bugs me so much as the lack of communication ..my dm told me to make sure I communicate with him I just wish he was there on weekends
-
You want to know how bad our first dm was, we couldn't wait for him to go home because his backups were better than him. We got better loads out of the night/weekend dispatch than we got out of him.
Sorry you are waiting in denver, we got stuck there a few times. -
Darn, I am glad I never had a DS like that at Central.
I had Tamala out of Conley till I went to Kraft dedicated. She was great. Ran my but off.
It took a few months for her to trust me to run well though. Once she knew I could handle the planning I got all the miles I could handle. -
I'm setting at the hook right now at I-80 & I-35.
It was supposed to snow 8 to 11 inches last night but it looks like it only snowed about an inch...
WalMart didn't have an empty for me last night, so I have to check back this morning.... they said they would have one around midnight.... -
Now that sux's. Have had that happen to me also in Plainview, TX.

not all walmarts do DNH for us. got lucky there!

Not sure drop and hook is any better than live unload if you still have to wait.. though with a live unload there is a slim chance of detention.. hahahaha
Here I sit at versacold in piedmont, sc. Love this tight back practice.... -
Met the Smurfette in Conley.. she doesn't look blue... hahaha
Ohh yeah finally got my inverter installed... no more TS food.. -
Yay!!! Good for the two of you.
You'll both do great on your upgrade.
I will be in Fontana tomorrow for a fuel stop on my way to Ontario with a trailer full of Oscar Meyer...Hope to see you two there!
