Kraft in OK City, OK.... that is a pain in the ##$!
It is on a narrow street, there is not but maybe 20 feet between the street and the building and the dock is about 25 to 30 feet inside the building. So you have to back into the building, through the door to the dock and it is always dark in there.....

Yeah there's not a lot of storage in the W9 but you really can't carry that much anyway especially running team because they are so heavy. We had so many weight problems when I had the W9. I threw the spare off and took the rack off also as soon as we could run without chains I threw them off too. Stay light on your canned goods and water, groceries etc... I liked my W9 so much though that I easily overlooked the weight problem!

Once when I was there at fontana, the cops raided the place right next door. (to the left as you pull into the fuel lane).

Plus, I have been told that you only get detention pay if there was and appointment.
Also, if you call and get the appointment time changed from what the planner set, you will not get detention pay if they wait....

Has anyone else noticed something about the way that Central does mileage.
I have noticed there are 4 sets of miles used in Central.
    1. the estimated mileage that is one the order you get over QC.
    2. the mileage that is on the "route" info you get over the QC.
    3. the miles on your odometer that you really do drive.
    4. the miles they pay you for on your paycheck.

And of course, the most miles are the ones you really drive, and the least is the miles on your paycheck....

FYI everyone... check your fuel this morning...
I'm at the Love's about 60 miles west of Linclon NE.
Someone came through last nigth and stole fuel from 4 or 5 trucks last night, including the truck parked next to me.
One guy, just filled up and then parked for the night, got up this morning and both of his tanks were empty....

I'm waiting in Lexington NE I stopped in Grand Island last night for my 10 with a load headed to SLC when I left this morning I got a message that a driver was due home time and had a load going to OR and wanted to know if I could switch. Why couldn't they have messaged me sooner and my 14 wouldn't have started yet. Sheesh some people. Oh well I only have to wait another 1.25hrs for hem to get here maybe ill find something good to do while I wait.

    On the key issue.
1/8th of the trucks on the road like yours will have the same key. 1/3 of the trucks your year and model at Central will have the same key.
The factory's do not use many different keys, and Central orders them in blocks of keyed trucks. Actually swift orders them. Since all the trucks come out of swifts lease company. Even the company trucks.

On the fuel thing. This has happened any time fuel goes up. You never fuel before you park. You never know when someone is watching.

My friend is in Cozad, Ne you can go help her move out of her apartment while she is on a 34hr restart, lol.

That 1.25 hours will be more like 4, trust me, the other drive will stop at every truckstop along the way.
