We finally got to meet the renowned JJranch at WVC. It sure is nice to start putting names with faces. I figured he was there to drop off his student and head home when he told us what happen and hated that on top of that his truck got red flagged for service. Hopefully we will be on the road thursday with 6pak and will get to meet more people..

 

We had the same situation. You can both go through the schooling together as well as the 28 days training. I would highly recommend doing it together as you can lean on each other during any times of trouble.

 

I had just asked him had he seen Mama mia or Lextec, when he said yep just spotted them.

if you remember they did the same thing to me when i was suposed to upgrade we actually ( me and jj) made it to slc and then they sent us to chicago cause i did not have enough miles i think it was 500 miles i was short.

 

Congratulations Mama Mia! It aint so bad out here as a trainee. We've already run to MA and now heading towards UT. Finally getting the feel for this W900. Maybe I'll catch y'all in SLC before you head out if you end up being detained till Friday.

Currently in CT, just left MA a few hours ago.

Time to run... Fuel and washout the trailer so we can head to PA to get our load. And get to see the 95 thru NYC again.

 

no no scratch that it was that i was short on my days i had the miles but was short 4 days because we did not run those days when we were in idaho when jjs mom died i remember now they sent us to chicago so i would get the28 days

Guess I am mainly Peeved because I thought he might get to spend some time at the house tomorrow!

 

Could someone please tell me if they have pillows and blankets in the bunkhouse? It would be easier if we didn't have to pack them and he could just buy them at walmart after he got there.

 

They do not supply them and I would bring something extra to cover the nasty mattress.
Also you will need to bring towels.

 

Wha? I don't get around here too often, and you KNOW how true our "Open-door policy" is....
