Does kind of look like I'm on the wrong side of the tracks, don't it? Got a jug and food , doors are locked, and will be ok for the night. Will put everything up and out of site before crashing also.

Have been hit up for food once already but no hooks seem to be around yet. Wonder if they save that for the night time? Did get hit up in SC last night just as soon as I pulled in. Thats only like the 4th or 5th time since I've been out here.

On our way to Rochelle IL after being stuck in NC for the weekend.

Took a load from St Charles IL and stop 99 was in Statesville NC, That part of the trip went well, Met 1Bad at a truck stop and spent the 10 break BSing, then the ####te starts!

Next load picked up at Lundy Packing co Clinton NC going to Rochelle IL, we get there and give em our X number and it was a digit short so by this time we are dealing with weekend night Dispatch and we all know how much they do "Rolls eyes", 18 hrs later we are unassigned from the load its now Sunday in the AM, Sunday around 0700 they send us another load picks up in Winston-Salem and the 99 is at Indianapolis IN BUT the BL# IS WRONG, so the weekend guy says he will look into it at this stage JJ has smoke coming outta his ears and I'm cussing worse then any Sailor, half an hour later we were unassigned from the load. We finally get another load picking up in Wilson NC the 99 in Rochelle IL which there was no problem with, SOOOOOOOOO after 527 dead head miles which there is no surcharge on we are not happy campers and plan on letting a few of the bosses know about as soon as we get any where near WVC.

 

Was beginning to wonder if you had fallen of the earth or something Jess. Hadn't heard from ya in so long. Sorry to hear about the troubles but glad ya'll's ok.

 

don't you agree that all and all Wafflehouse across the county is the best place to eat and that area around Kentuchy and Tenn have the best foods and best price and best service

 

Well Widow and 1Bad, am glad and saddened at the same time. Was kind of looking foward to meeting ya'll and getting my belly filled but I finally got a preplan. Its the same one I had the last time I missed out on meeting ya'll. Cartersville for beer and going to Waco with it.

The lizards will be there no doubt about that one!!!! Everytime I go to Conley which is 1 exit down I pass at least 3 in a 2 block radius in broad daylight. So be patient you will get your chance........lmao
