I so love W. Virginia when I'm hauling less than 20 grand!!! Am at a rest area, on US 35, just inside the Ohio border. It is beautiful here. Sunny, lite breeze, and 55 degrees.
Lady- sounds like you have a new job now. You can look at the weather channel each day and post on here where its bad at for those of us that are either to lazy to look it up or in a place where the service is not fast enough for that. :biggrin_25520:
1Bad, my bad. Got cell towers all around me and can get on with my wireless card so don't know why the problems with the phone unless its just getting old and banged around. Kind of like me. Can trade the phone in and get a new one, anybody know where I can do the same for me? lol
JJ- enjoy the drill and have fun.

Just saw a white central Volvo and trailer on Elk Grove Blvd off I5, looked like a trailer swap with another tractor.

Was a little snow on the 90 in NY yesterday, down wind of the lakes. Not bad where I am from though.
I am back in a truck and running. For some reason they do not like to think of the time you spent rideing with a guy to the terminal as awake hours. So I was up at 0500 Tuesday morning, and had to run a load after getting a truck and driving till 0300 this morning. Taking half my 10 while waiting to unload and the other half in the lot after.
    Fun fun.
I was givin the nice low miles truck back at first, but it needed a brake chamber which they were going to replace in the morning. That way I could have had a good nights sleep.
Dispatch moved me out of that truck to another one, rather ratty but better than my first, so I could run.
Oh well. Cannot expect much after taking a week off when only with the company a month.
I hear we have over 200 new 2010 Prostars sitting at our main terminals. But they will not tag them till Jan 1. That way they don't have to regester till then.
They keep buying preorder though, so no 2010 engines. Too bad. From what I am hearing the new ones get better fuel economy than the 2009 engines.

sigh... bouncing against my 70 so much my head hurts! :biggrin_2554: Had a 99 in scenic Dearborn this morning, so I guess I'll try to take my 34 here at the TA in Monroe, MI. At least I was able to see an old friend last night when I was near Ionia.
