ya going to central, recruiter has me set up for feb 1st.

 

i spoke to a recruiter that has me set up for feb 15 in salt lake. i sent her an e-mail today to see if i could go to georgia...

 

i have about 12 to salt lake, i'm really anxious to see how its gonna be, i already have my cdl but still have to go thru training,

 

Alright an update on my situation I went to the school in Utah and had to come back home because of my Birth Certificate. I had requested a copy from the county I was born and what they sent me apparently wasn't an actual birth certificate(never had a problem with it in my home state so I didn't think anything of it) according to Utah's DMV anyway. So after trying to order it there to get it over nighted so I didn't have to leave I found out that Indiana takes 5-10 days to process it and then they send you the certificate. They flew me home and said that once i get my birth cert I could come back and start where i left off. Disappointing but at least I can come back. I was so looking forward to Friday so I am really disappointed in being sent home but we tried everything we could think of there so it wasn't Central's fault. I liked the people I have met so far and with any luck I'll be there again in about a week or so.

 

The miles are OK if its going in one Bank acc

You get whatever they give you! Unless you want to lease and then you get to choose outta the many trucks that have been turned in the last few weeks.

 

how far did you get in the training Lake ?

 

1st morning after surgery walked around the room a bit already today pain still
Really bad hoping that will change with more walking today!

 

500-600 miles a day aint nothing to sneeze at right now espically if your not having to mess with shippers and receivers. i to would take that all day long

 

only go in as a team if you are husband and wife and even in the begining your only gonna get solo miles till you prove yourself. my sugestion is to run solo for 6 mo prove yourself then team but the miles will not be that great.
