Central Refrigerated Truck Stop

Thank you. I found it. Strangely, it's not accurate whatsoever. I got into one "preventable" as Central called it. I nicked another drivers front driver side fender while pulling out of a dock in NYC. But it wasn't on there. I won't tell anyone! Haha...it works for my favor!

Oh the fun of dealing with night/weekend dispatch. Got a preset for monday after my del, but the 01 is 2.5hrs from my 99, and conveniently scheduled for 2.5hrs after my 01 appt. So being the good little driver that I am I call my 99 and try to resked for an early del since I am 40hrs early to the area. No can do. So the mac1 exchanges begin.

I am pretty sure 1 of 3 things will happen.
1) I end up having to accept the load knowing it will be late after pleading my case and being ignored for why I can't be there ontime.
2) They unassign me and I sit for another day or ten without a load and I end up with a really crappy week because I was diligent and required a minor repair b4 it became major.
3) I win the lotto and quit.

Well a lot has happened. Currently sitting in Baytown, TX, picked up this load, had time to squeeze a 34hr restart in, I'll take off in the morning for Wichita, deliver there Monday morning, PU in dodge city, go to Alexandia, KY, pick up again in MT Sterling, KY and end my illustrious career with Central in Conley on the 18th

Yeah, that was my preference too. But.... #1 is what it is. I've begged and pleaded, offered evidence in the form of charts, spreadsheets, geologic surveys, 8x10 color glossy photographs, and signed affidavits from three prominent physicists stating that I can not alter the time space continuum. As a bonus this time I even threw in a note from Epstein's mother excusing me from the load.

If only I lived in the world where night/weekend dispatch lived. Imagine the things I could accomplish...
