CFI Driver's What's Your 20? (2017 edition)

Ummmm why??? I thought you had pre-paid legal ?

 

They had recent cases in the area of 750$ as well and the lost they could get them dropped was to about 450 and that was 70% of their cases. So after paying court fees for the lawyer and hoping I’ll get a smaller fine I’d rather just pay the 750 and be on with my life and forget about it instead of waiting on court dates and all. It was a non moving violation so I still have my safety bonus and no csa points or points on my license. At mostly I could have saved 150$ or have costed myself more if they couldn’t get the fine reduced... so I’d rather just pay an extra 150$

 

Well I’m off to Birmingham drop yard will be there tomorrow if any of your guys are near

 

My conversation with the trailer department this morning:
Cfi: we have a pre loaded trailer at the shipper.
Me: shipping says no and I don’t see a cfi trailer here.
Cfi: well it’s supposed to be there.
Me: the only cfi trailer on this lot is the one I brought in. Shipping says you are wrong.
Cfi: can you drive around and look for it?
Me: no. Call the shipper and if you don’t like her response then call the police.
Smh.......
I’m not interested in getting into a p!ssing match with a customer.

 

what u want me to do take pictures and show u I don't see what trailer your talking bout and send them to u lol

 

This isnt the first time I’ve had this happen.

 

yea I thought soo well I got video of no trailer and I have my wife here looking around and she don't see either so we new but I think we cant miss a big CFI trailer lol

 

My fm said don’t worry about them. So I’m waiting to load this trailer and head back to waco. I lost my casa grande load but I got a load from waco to Houston then South Carolina for Monday.
