You know its funny I idle near every night avg 6.5 mpg per month and I never hear a word about idle time. If they did id probably tell them where they can stick this truck. I almost always fuel in route though so maybe they leave me alone.

The only guy that ever bothered me about idle time was the guy in the joplin service window. He said the truck had 50% idle time. I went "yup been here awhile"
Then he handed me the wipers so I could go stick them on since "they forgot"
....atleast he went to the parts window for me.....that sure was nice.Kidd05 and Cerberus XVI Thank this. -
dwells40, Rugerfan and CargoWahgo Thank this.

Lol.
I remember ole paul on here saying he saw me idling in New York at a rest stop while eating rally fries naked one time.
Can't clog the truck if you never turn it off is what I say -
Ive got a dog on board and tried to get them to lift my idle restriction and they said no having a pet on board does not change the way the truck operates. Yeah but what about the driver comfort.
Then they wonder why we have such a high turnover rate. Out of 12 or 15 people I went to orientation with im the only one left 10 and half months later. "But CFI is the best of the best" blow that smoke up someone else's rear. We have a lot of good but we have just as much bad. They either work for you or they don't its the same with any company. -
