I find that hard to believe.Vernon had pretty much stepped away years before his death and his son Wendell had been running the show so nothing really changed after he passed away. I worked there in the 70's and 80's and most of the guys I worked with are still there or retired from Erb.Very few drivers and O/O's ever leave once they have been there for a while.

Only thing i can say about erb is they seem to need a lot of drivers they had a open house hiring event not too long ago with interviews on the spot .Makes you wonder why if they’re the place to beAnother Canadian driver Thanks this. -

That was my line in the sand, so If I didn't stop now, I would have prob stopped when they pushed the Samsara on me.Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
kriska has outward cameras also i don’t mind it because it can save your ### especially driving around toronto getting cut off a million times a day . As long as you keep your distance from vehicle in front of you ,don’t go through red lights and what not you don’t have problems. Now driver facing i have a huge problem because let’s be honest we all do things like pick up our coffee and eat while drivingBigHossVolvo, Magoo1968 and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
Lets be real here, the hardwired stand alone Garmin Dash cams, were more than adequate, to show who was in the right or wrong with accidents. But that wasn't good enough. They want compliance, they want "coaching *harassment*", they want real time monitoring, they want to put the cheapest/stupidest people on the planet into trucks, and use technology to replace skill. Is it any surprise, all of this #### comes from California based companies?
Anyway, I'm glad to be done, but its going to suck being in Operations, and see this place fall apart like all the rest; courtesy of Samsara and the kids in Safety.mikamikael, Flint1 and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
That is a dumb award. Drivers do not participate in the vote. Just the Comapanies.
