I'm getting a new 3,400 Champion inverter generator tomorrow. The Honda and Champion 2,000 watt generators are fed fuel via a suction action so an external tank works without any modification. The 3,000 Honda and Champion are gravity fed so the same solution will not work for them.
I'm wondering if anyone has elevated an external tank and connected it directly to the carb?
