Chances of getting hired as Dedicated route driver w/ new license?

    Your recruiter has no say in the matter. After you are trained and in your own truck you will be assigned a dispatcher or "driver leader" or whatever euphemism they call them. Let your dispatcher and your terminal manager know what you want and find out what opportunities are available. Expect to run OTR for at least several months until you qualify.
