I have to agree with the original post. I got there two years ago, and how much it has changed for the worst! I have even been a driver of the quarter. The excessive micro managing has gotten so out of hand. I am done. If I wanted to work for Walmart and all their micro management, I would have applied there. I should be gone by the end of this month.

It seems funny that they can't see that they are putting themselves in a position of a real driver shortage.

It’s tough to have a driver shortage when you’re putting 12 to 18 students though orientation per week. By my figure, at the low end they’re swapping out 625 or so drivers in a 2000 truck fleet per year.
