Unless you also signed a NDA or there is a specific clause in the contract prohibiting it, you can do with it as you please.
Granted, that's in general. I'm just a newbie stalking the Choice threads to see if it's something worth considering at some point down the road.
Changing again, the rules change but we're not told til after.

I never would have been here had I known they didn't allow the split sleeper. -
Just checked the safety compliance agreement, it specifically says line 5 does not count toward your 11 or 70. Somebody needs to go verse themselves on SNIs policy.
Home_on_wheels and TennMan Thank this. -
Per my ICA when i asked why no split sleeper...
"We think drivers are more well rested on a 10 hour break"
No jokePoleCrusher Thanks this. -
No biggie...
Roll on... -
I've heard that line from them as well. Nevermind if you stop at a rest area or some place with limited amenities to sleep when your tired, then have no time to grab a good meal and shower since you had to sit there twiddling your toes waiting for 10 hrs to click over.freightwipper Thanks this. -
I got caught lol.
Only reason was I got to a customer right after that caused me getting paid detention so they probably looked into my hours.
Soo i got beached out, what else is new lol. -
I just find it amazing that Schneider thinks they know better than the FMCSA lol.
However I think Schneider uses that "better sleep" excuse when really they probably just want hours/trip planning to be easier for all the steering wheel holders here.tazman74 and CaptainDaveG Thank this. -
