Question for my friend in WA state, he wants to get his cdl and is looking at what companies have training and hire out of WA. He knows about Swift and Central Refrigerated, are there any others?
Thanks in advance. -
I don't pretty much know much but you could try Prime, Roehl and Millis. You could check them out and see

No, you retain your current classification while you have the permit.Drequan_SoDetermined and Shaggy Thank this.

The way I understand it, a class A trumps a class B. I had my class A, then got hired on at a bus company that required a class B with a P endorsement. I had to take a test at the dmv for the endorsement and then had to do the pretrip, skills, and driving all over again for the actual class B. On my license it's classified as a CDL-A with a P endorsement.

You might have them check Gordon trucking out of Pacific(think that's where their from), not sure if they offer training or not though. Maybe Joseph will see this thread and be able to tell you more.

Gordon has a training program in place that the trainers get trained at too. They're not just in the bunk or sitting in the seat picking their rear. They only bring guys on from approved schools so give them a ring to find out which ones and good luck to you.
