Charleston Port Questions

Hey on the surface seems like the company wants to do the right thing.
We have seen guys post rates like this for O/O, was the reason I asked.

 

There is only one port that I would count on pulling 6 a day, I can change a box, chassis and so on within 40 minutes flat in Chester PA and gone.

But Baltimore? No. Not happening.

Charleston is dredging and enlarging for the future Panama-max post ships with like 20,000 boxes per within a few years. Your chances of getting 5 or 6 per day will probably vanish in a avalanche of boxes to process. Ive never been to that port so I don't know. But if I want in and out quick, I go to Chester PA. If I want to waste a whole day I'll do it at Baltimore or better yet, Norfolk.
