Real time satelite view? You need a friend at the NSA.

Real time traffic, use google maps > layers > traffic

Google Earth is NOT in real time. At the bottom of the screen, it shows the "Imagery Date." Don't know if you can see it on your iPhone or not, but it shows plainly on my PC screen.

I've found that liquid dish soap works on stubborn tandem locking pins. Also helps them slide when under a load.

The company I work for uses Google Pro or something like that. It updates real time views every 5 mins. It helps when delivering liquid fertilizers to farmers fields with roads so narrow you can't turn around. They pay a fee for it though. It isn't free

Google Earth and Google Maps Street View are great helps when looking at where you are going to be dropping or picking. You just have to realize that what you are seeing on the screen, may not be what you actually have to deal with on the ground. But it still gives you a very good idea of the "lay of the land," as it were.

Yeah. Now that I think about it I think it's our truck locations that update every 5 mins but I know the satellite view is pretty recent as farmers change the rice checks every year. One route out that was used the previous year may not be able to be used today.
