Cheapest way to get the Auto only restriction off my CDL

Go to California. Ain't no big deal there. You don't even have to speak English

 

Expensive as hell though...

 

First off, if you don’t know how to properly shift a manual, you will fail the road test even if you have a licensed CDL driver that does not have the auto restriction, who is willing to accompany you to the testing site, with a manual transmission cmv.

 

I say it’s a scam because the price for a RESTRICTED license is the exact same as no restrictions. Kind of stupid when you think about it.
