Go to California. Ain't no big deal there. You don't even have to speak English
D.Tibbitt, tscottme and nextgentrucker Thank this. -
Expensive as hell though...

First off, if you don’t know how to properly shift a manual, you will fail the road test even if you have a licensed CDL driver that does not have the auto restriction, who is willing to accompany you to the testing site, with a manual transmission cmv.
nextgentrucker Thanks this. -
I say it’s a scam because the price for a RESTRICTED license is the exact same as no restrictions. Kind of stupid when you think about it.Sapphire_Glitter and Diesel Dave Thank this.

I already struggle with manual, i drove my friends M35 Deuce and i was stalling 5 speed....if that gives you any idea where im at
-
And i can barely drive a 5 speed deuce...nowhere near knowing 10, 13 or 18 ir anything else

Ive had my CDL for 4 years now, its just that I found Kuhnle, Badlands and Heniff
They look all decent and now im kinda in a ####show because im done hopping around I want a forever home next and I aint moving after that for at least a few years because frankly im done hopping scrappy companies and the manual requirement sucks ### ngl especially considering Kuhnle nor Heniff haul anything that heavily needs a manual that im aware of (no tri, quad rm or tp) and Heniff literally has automatic on at least 50% of their fleet
Plus manual kinda sucks I aint driving eastern US with a manual
