Finally finished the wiring, the truck is turning over, but the stop engine light and check engine light are staying on even when the key is off. Anyone know what I did wrong?

Is there anything electrical on a 93 model that would keep the truck from starting. Its turning over good but wont start. No telling how long its been since this truck has been started, it only has 67K miles on it. I changed out all the filters and fuel. Could I have hooked up one of the wires wrong to keep it from cranking though?

Not sure on KW, but I once had a freightliner that required pressing in the clutch to start it. When we had problemz starting it, the issue turned out to be the sensor on the clutch.
